How zenXport uses enquiry, client and recipient information to organise shipping and support your account.
Updated 13 October 2026 · zenXport Logistics
1. Information needed for the job.
When you enquire or ship, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, sender and recipient addresses, parcel descriptions, values, measurements, invoices, tracking details and related correspondence. Client accounts also hold a username, a protected password record and shipment activity or billing information.
The website and hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and error or security logs. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry or shipment and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, calculate and confirm services, arrange transport and customs processing, communicate about delivery, provide the client dashboard, investigate claims, prevent misuse and keep records required for business or legal purposes. Depending on the activity, processing is based on providing a requested service or contract, legal obligations, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where it is needed.
2. Necessary sharing, without selling your data.
We do not sell personal data or make recipient details available to other customers. To fulfil a shipment or operate the service, relevant information may be shared with carriers and delivery partners, customs or other competent authorities, insurance or claims support providers, and hosting, email or Google services used for the website and shipment records.
Only information relevant to the purpose should be shared. International shipping can require processing in the destination or transit country, and technology providers may process information outside Thailand. Applicable legal safeguards and requirements must be considered for those transfers.
When you send us another person’s delivery details, make sure you are entitled to provide them and let that person know the information is being used for shipping.
3. Storage, retention and account protection.
Shipment records are held in the business’s Google Sheets and the private hosting storage used by the portal. The live service reads the appropriate account’s source; retained records can support shipment history, billing, customer assistance and claims. Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to our shipping email account.
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal recordkeeping and unresolved claims. Data no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised, subject to records that must be retained. Contact us to request a review of information we hold; delivery does not automatically erase every shipment or account record.
The website uses HTTPS, protected password storage, private server storage and account access controls. A client signs in to view that account’s records. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. No system can promise absolute security.
Cookies and linked services
The portal uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and account security. The current site does not install Google Analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If non-essential analytics are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
WhatsApp and email links open services operated by their respective providers. Their privacy rules apply when you use them. Google authorisation for the website is managed by zenXport; clients do not need to authorise access to Google to use their portal.
4. Access, corrections and other requests.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may need to remain for legal requirements, account security or a claim.
Send a request to shipping@zenxport.com, or contact Karan on WhatsApp +6681.837.4683. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before discussing private records. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee where applicable.
Our contact address is 338/5-7 Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok 10110 Thailand. This policy may be updated as services or information practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
