Terms & conditions.
Clear responsibilities for parcel contents, shipping instructions, insurance and support.
Effective 13 October 2026 · zenXport Logistics
1. Your confirmed shipment.
zenXport provides logistics and shipping services for parcels entrusted to us. By booking, you agree to these conditions, our shipping terms and the service-specific conditions confirmed for your shipment. A calculation or enquiry on this website is an estimate or request for assistance, not a completed booking.
We confirm the route, DDP or DDU treatment, declared contents and value, measured chargeable weight, payment and any optional insurance before dispatch. Full payment is required before shipment. DDP includes all import duties and taxes for the agreed shipment; labelled DDU services exclude them.
2. The sender is responsible for lawful and accurate contents.
You must ensure that goods and documents comply with the laws and restrictions of the origin, transit and destination countries. Do not send prohibited, illegal, counterfeit or copyright- or trademark-infringing goods. Describe the contents and true value accurately and obtain any permissions or documents required for your shipment.
Accepting or handling a parcel does not certify the legality, authenticity or intellectual-property status of its contents. You remain responsible for consequences arising from unlawful goods, inaccurate declarations or missing permissions, including customs seizure, fines or legal action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We, the carrier or competent authorities may inspect a parcel, request information, refuse restricted goods or take action required by law. Pack goods appropriately and disclose any special handling needs before booking.
3. Optional insurance: remake and reship support.
If you choose insurance and it is confirmed for the shipment, the following remedy applies to an accepted total-loss claim, including irreparable damage covered by the policy:
- The covered amount is the lower of the declared insured value and the actual documented cost to remake and reship the goods.
- Remake costs mean production labour plus the fabric or materials used to recreate the original goods. The reshipping cost forms part of the documented remake-and-reship amount.
- If the declared insured value is higher than those costs, only those actual costs are covered. If the costs are higher, the insured value is the maximum covered amount.
- Compensation is provided as remake and reshipment support, not a cash payout of the insured value or retail selling price.
- The insured value must accurately reflect the goods. Keep production, materials, value and shipment evidence so the claim can be assessed.
This is not automatic cover for every type of partial damage or loss. Confirm the insured shipment and applicable coverage before dispatch. Under the published shipping terms, claims may be invalid where a loss is caused by a recipient-requested address or delivery change.
If documented remake and reshipment costs total THB 8,000 and the insured value is THB 12,000, the covered amount is THB 8,000. If the insured value is THB 6,000 instead, the cap is THB 6,000. The remedy remains remake and reship support.
4. Delivery estimates and claims.
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our stated shipping and insurance terms provide no compensation for delay, regardless of cause, including customs processing, weather, carrier problems or events beyond reasonable control. We will help review shipment information and investigate available next steps.
A non-receipt complaint where tracking shows Delivered must reach us within 7 days of that status. Contact Karan promptly for any other loss or damage concern and retain the goods, packaging, photographs, invoices and production records where available. An enquiry does not by itself establish that a claim is covered.
Address changes and corrections can carry the charges stated in our shipping terms. Tell us about a requested cancellation or change as soon as possible; availability and any incurred costs depend on the shipment stage and the confirmed service. No blanket free-cancellation promise is made.
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or restricted.
5. Information and contact.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used for enquiries, delivery, customs, account support and required records. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing.
For booking questions, claims or a concern about these terms, contact shipping@zenxport.com or Karan on WhatsApp +6681.837.4683. Our address is 338/5-7 Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok 10110 Thailand.
We may update these conditions for future bookings and show the revised effective date. The agreed conditions for an existing shipment remain those applicable to its booking, subject to applicable law.
