zenXport offers parcel shipping from Thailand for bespoke suits, dress shirts, trousers, dresses and other clothing on the available destination routes. DDP services include all import duties and taxes for the agreed shipment.
If you choose a labelled DDU option, import duties and taxes are excluded and paid at destination. We make that difference visible in the quote so you can explain it to your customer before dispatch.
Your clothing shipment checklist.
Describe the contents accurately.
Provide the garment type, quantity, fabric or material composition, true value and any required invoice. Confirm destination-specific requirements with Karan.
Measure the finished parcel.
Weigh the complete package. Measure its outer length, width and height in centimetres. Chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight and volume ÷ 5500.
Confirm the recipient.
Check the full name, street address, postal code and telephone number. Address corrections and recipient-requested changes can carry charges.
A sensible comparison for repeat orders.
Choose by destination, delivery estimate and duty treatment. Economy USA starts at 0.1 kg; other routes follow their published bands. For several cartons or a shipment outside the displayed range, ask for a confirmed quote. Do not assume that an unlisted weight has the same price per kilogram.
Keep the production records.
If you choose insurance, keep fabric and material invoices, production labour records and packing photographs. Accepted total-loss claims use documented remake and reshipment costs, capped at the insured value, rather than a cash payout of the garment’s retail price.
